The Covenant Review Committee continues to work jointly with the H460 community, not as a separate overseer. Members of the CRC live here too, and our goal is to have a community that shares in maintaining the neighborhood, with the established covenants as our guideline.
Highlands 460 is nearly 50 years old, and it is great to see this approach has helped retain H460 as a highly desirable community in which to live.

The Covenant Review Committee (CRC) is responsible for ensuring the covenants are successful so that the appearance, aesthetic, and quality of our community is beneficial by value and interest. ART:2-SEC:1

Submit A Violation
Report a covenant violation to the CRC. If the violation is related to any of the H460 covenant articles it can be reported here. Please review the covenants before reporting
Examples:
A neighbor changes their drains so that additional quantities of water flow from their property onto another's. (ART:3-SEC:13)
Trash cans visible
Boat / trailer / camper parked and visible
Storage unit on driveway - visible and extended stay
If the violation is related to the City of Centennial Municipal Code, the violation can be reported at https://www.centennialco.gov/Online-Services/Report-a-Problem
Examples:
Noise violations / Dogs barking (CH:7-ART:7-DIV:4-SEC:7-7-470 / CH:10-ART:12-SEC10-12-20)
Frequent speeding or dangerous intersections (CH:8-ART:1-SEC:8-1-110)
Snow removal from sidewalks (CH:11-ART:6-11-9-30)
