If you plan to sell, be sure to register by Sunday, June 1!
Registering not only gets you on the sales map and ensures directional signs are placed to guide buyers to your street, but it also boosts event advertising, helping to attract more shoppers to the neighborhood.
Organized and sponsored for the third consecutive year by The Steller Group real estate team—including H460 neighbor and Realtor, Natalie Force—this popular event promises another great turnout.
All marketing expenses covered by The Steller Group. Advertising will be placed in The Denver Post, The Centennial Citizen, and a variety of online outlets. Plus, professionally printed directional signs will be posted throughout the neighborhood the weekend of the sale. Shoppers will be able to easily find their way using detailed maps pinpointing each participating home.
For more information or to register for free, visit www.StellerRealEstate.com/H460 or call 720.593.9355.
