The Highlands 460 (H460) neighborhood is located south of Denver, Colorado in the City of Centennial. The community includes 5 filings totaling nearly 900 homes built between the late 1970’s and mid 1990’s.
H460 is a kid-friendly neighborhood that attracts active families interested in the Littleton Public School District and living the Colorado lifestyle. South Suburban Parks & Recreation (SSPR) provides the area with a variety of recreation opportunities both indoors and outdoors. Our community is situated adjacent to the coveted Arapaho Park which boasts multiple playing fields, a state of the art playground and newly refinished tennis courts.
Residents are a short walk from this park and have direct access to the High Line Canal Trail, a popular stretch of path through Denver's southside suburbs, winding for 71 miles between Aurora and Roxborough State Park.
In this active and connected community, neighbors get to know each other by going to the park, participating in activities such as playgroup, the 4th July parade and celebration, the annual community picnic, other social gatherings, and volunteering and engaging with our Civic Association.
H460 is a short drive from shopping at The Streets of SouthGlenn, the regionally acclaimed Park Meadows Mall, and the famous IKEA. South Suburban Golf Course is accessible via the walking trail and the Dry Creek light rail station.
Convenient access to major highways I-25 and C-470 makes getting to downtown, the Denver International Airport and the mountains, easy.
