2025 Member Drive
The Highlands 460 community (H460) was established in 1977 as a civic association and does not have a homeowner’s association (HOA). The community comprises 864 homes, with five phases built between the late 1970s and mid-1990s.
Our Board of Directors consists of elected volunteer members who dedicate their time and efforts to ensure that our community remains welcoming and well-maintained. They work to preserve property values and promote the general welfare and safety of the residents.
Additionally, they take pride in organizing engaging community events and communications, managing budgets responsibly, and collaborating effectively with various governing stakeholders.
The Board of Directors plays a crucial role in governance and decision-making, steadfastly upholding our civic association's covenants, bylaws, and articles to benefit everyone in our community. Our board champions the needs of residents and actively addresses concerns and questions. Our board works alongside our Covenant Review Committee (CRC), a selected group of homeowners established to educate and uphold our covenants.
