Civic Association

The Highlands 460 subdivision is a covenant controlled community governed by a board of directors elected by the homeowner members.  All owners (and their authorized residents) are, via covenant requirements, members of the Highlands 460 Civic Association and subject to the recorded Covenants and Procedures.

The association is primarily responsible for covenant enforcement. The association does not own or manage any common property.  The Association's business and activities are carried out by homeowner volunteers.

In addition to the status information below, other items of information (covenants, recent meeting notes, financial and budget reports, and copies of the Highland Highlights Newsletter) can be found online at Newsletters

At closing, please provide the new buyer(s) a printed copy of the covenants  or you may direct them here: Covenants

While membership in the association is automatic (and legally binding in regards to the covenants) upon taking ownership of a property in the H460, the voluntary membership dues affords homeowners access to a variety of events and activities coordinated by the Civic Association board and members.

The 2024 annual dues for each property is $75.00. Payment is due by May 15, 2024*. Events like large item pickup are restricted to paid members. Learn more by visiting the membership page.

Each homeowner is responsible for obtaining homeowners insurance to cover their insurance needs.

At your service,

The Highlands 460 Civic Association Board of Directors

NOTE: The association does not own nor manage any property or buildings and carries only the insurance necessary (D&O) to protect homeowner volunteer board members in their conduct of association business.

*new homeowners will be afforded access to all events and activities as long as their dues are paid prior to the event.
